I'm Ryan — Underwater Chief Lighting Technician and founder of Great White Spark Lighting. For over 18 years I've worked as a fully qualified electrician to the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, combining technical expertise with a lifelong passion for the ocean.

Since qualifying as an HSE Commercial Diver in Oban, Scotland in 2014, I've built a career that bridges the gap between electrical engineering, underwater operations and film production. My work has taken me around the world — from diving with humpback whales in Tonga and exploring bioluminescent waters in Mexico, to earning my PADI Master Scuba Diver certification in Antigua.
